Quick Clean Eating Salad with Mustard Dressing
Today I am sharing this go-to salad I eat when I am hungry in-between meals. The ingredients are a little odd but they are a salad game changer! Plain ole yellow mustard and ranch seasoning give boring salad an interesting kick of flavor. I originally saw this on fitness guru Taylor Chamberlain's YouTube and thought how could that work? But it does. The mustard provides another layer of creaminess and volume without the calories! Try it and let me know what you think!
Here is what to do:
Mix the following in a bowl – I just eyeball measurements and add in the amount to my taste.
- Mixed Greens- a couple cups
- Broccoli Slaw – handful
- Bolthouse yogurt dressing – my favorite is honey mustard
- Yellow mustard – a few squirts
- Ranch seasoning – a few sprinkles
- Feta Cheese (optional)
